PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FIANCEE VISA SERVICE.

1. Refund Policy:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS PREPARATION SERVICES.

2. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

In the event of a charge dispute, it is important that you communicate with Fiancee Visa Service directly. You agree not to initiate any payment dispute or chargeback request through your credit card issuer or PayPal for any reason without first bringing your dispute before Fiancee Visa Service.

In any case, any chargeback attempted for services and /or products provided by Fiancee Visa Service will be firmly defended, and a $48 administrative fee will be assessed automatically and without exception. If the chargeback is completed successfully, and if the disputed amount is not determined by Fiancee Visa Service to have been charged in error, the entire disputed amount will be re-assessed along with a $85 chargeback fee.

Fiancee Visa Service will turn the matter over to a collection agency to recover the chargeback amount and the chargeback fees and assessed fee plus any collection fees.

4. Forms:

You will need to answer a list of questions and provide us with the required documentation for us to fill out your adjustment of status forms. You agree to postal mail or use a commercial carrier to send us the required information and not to send it by email. We will provide you with a list of what we require from you after you purchase our service.

5. Typical processing time for us to prepare your adjustment of status package is 7-14 business days. By ordering you agree to this processing time.
